$50 APPLICATION FEE PER ADULT. APPLICANTS MUST MAKE AT LEAST TWICE THE RENT. CANNOT OWE ANY LANDLORDS OR HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING EVICTIONS. YOUR REQUESTED MOVE-IN DATE IS CONTINGENT UPON MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- 1. Pay non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult.
- 2. Each Resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application and provide a unique email address that is different from other applicants. You may add these individuals in the "Additional Applications" section. They will be sent a personalized link to complete their profile. An application will not be processed until all residents have completed their applications.

3. Please ensure you have the following documentation on hand:
- Proof of Identification: A valid government issued photo ID (US Driver’s License, US State ID, Passport), Birth Certificate and social security card for all household members.
- Proof of Income: Applicants need to provide evidence of household income exceeding 2x the monthly rent (e.g. paystubs- 5 stubs for bi-weekly pay and 9 for weekly pay, Bank account statements (6 months of consecutive checking account statements and most recent savings account statements, complete tax return for self-employed, 12 month child support print out and the court order, recent social security or SSI award letter, notarized contribution letter, etc.)
