$50 APPLICATION FEE PER ADULT. APPLICANTS MUST MAKE AT LEAST TWICE THE RENT. CANNOT OWE ANY LANDLORDS OR HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING EVICTIONS. YOUR REQUESTED MOVE-IN DATE IS CONTINGENT UPON MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • 1. Pay non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult.
  • 2. Each Resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application and provide a unique email address that is different from other applicants. You may add these individuals in the "Additional Applications" section. They will be sent a personalized link to complete their profile. An application will not be processed until all residents have completed their applications.
  • 3. Please ensure you have the following documentation on hand:
    • Proof of Identification: A valid government issued photo ID (US Driver’s License, US State ID, Passport), Birth Certificate and social security card for all household members.
    • Proof of Income: Applicants need to provide evidence of household income exceeding 2x the monthly rent (e.g. paystubs- 5 stubs for bi-weekly pay and 9 for weekly pay, Bank account statements (6 months of consecutive checking account statements and most recent savings account statements, complete tax return for self-employed, 12 month child support print out and the court order, recent social security or SSI award letter, notarized contribution letter, etc.)
    4. Must have at least 525 minimum credit score. No outstanding balances with any landlords
